Trail Boss jobs and careers

About Trail Boss

Trail Boss makes rugged, thoughtfully designed hand tools for the people who build and care for trails. By crafting nearly every product in‑house, we ensure durability and dependable performance—and we stand ready to support trail crews, contractors, nonprofits, agencies, and volunteer teams who share our love of singletrack and multi‑use trails. We partner closely with land managers, clubs, and contractors to deliver purpose‑built tools, hands‑on expertise, and long‑term support for the trails and communities they sustain. We also offer custom product design and flexible group purchasing options to help agencies and local organizations outfit crews efficiently and strengthen regional trail programs—because great trails are built together.
