About Transformationship Leadership Group

We help leaders build culture that lasts and leadership that works. After decades of experience across healthcare, finance, education, and ministry, we’ve seen what healthy leadership can do—and what happens when it’s missing. Burnout. Turnover. Confusion. Cultures built on survival instead of strategy. That’s why we founded Transformationship Leadership Group (TLG)—to help leaders and organizations move beyond motivation into measurable transformation. We coach, train, and speak to executive and mid-level leaders across high-pressure industries who want to communicate clearly, lead confidently, and inspire change that lasts. Our work centers on: • Leadership culture transformation • Team resilience and trust • Burnout recovery and prevention • Communication and conflict mastery • Strategic clarity for better decisions Through keynotes, workshops, and personalized coaching, we help leaders uncover what’s really shaping their team’s behavior—then build systems of accountability, empathy, and excellence that align with their mission. Together, we bring the balance of vision and structure: Mike draws on more than 25 years of leadership in finance, education, and ministry as a former pastor, VP of Finance, and consultant. Melanie brings the perspective of a healthcare executive, Lean Six Sigma leader, and culture strategist who turns high-pressure environments into high-performing teams. We’re both Maxwell Leadership Certified Speakers, Coaches, and Trainers, united by one mission: to help people lead better, live healthier, and build something that lasts. Let’s build a culture worth belonging to.
