About TransformingVietnam B.V.

TransformingVietnam B.V. is devoted to Vietnam's private economy transformation, co-creating comprehensive ecosystems for Startups and SMEs with impact-driven partners via a 3-step approach: Systems Diagnosis, Systems Strategy, and Ecosystems Co-creation. We don’t compete; we forge powerful collaborations to maximize impact. What is emphasized is the early stage - Systems Diagnosis and Mapping - where root problems are analyzed thoroughly and validated. This ensures the ventures are built on solid ground, not assumptions, driving sustainable impact. Across the three stages, we partner with distinct groups: leading specialized analysts, strategists, and venture builders. We will share our business initiatives along the way, featuring planned reports and videos inspired by the World Economic Forum’s global thought leadership, to showcase Vietnam’s vibrant energy worldwide and inspire local transformation. Guided by Founder Van-Anh Phan, who is also on her journey of inner transformation, we ignite a new Vietnam era. Join us now!
