Originally established under the American Trucking Associations (ATA) as the National Freight Claim Council, and later the Transportation Loss Prevention and Security Council (TLP&SC), our roots trace back decades. In 2000, TLP&SA was formed as an independent, member-driven association to better serve professionals in a rapidly evolving industry.
