About Transwaste Recycling & Aggregates Ltd

Transwaste are a leading independent waste management, recycling, and environmental services company based in Melton, East Yorkshire. With more than 24 years’ experience, the business has grown into a trusted partner for sustainable waste solutions across Hull, East Yorkshire, and beyond. At our purpose-built waste transfer station, we handle a wide variety of waste streams — from general and commercial waste to specialized materials such as metals, plasterboard, wood, plastics, asbestos, and WEEE. We are committed to maximising recycling and recovery, striving to divert as much material as possible from landfill and transform it into reusable resources, recovered fuels, or alternative energy outputs. Our services include skip hire, waste audits, and tailored waste management solutions for businesses, local authorities, and industrial clients. Through our comprehensive haulage fleet the company also supports customers with an efficient collection solution. Central to our mission is our environmental commitment: reducing landfill use, lowering carbon emissions, and ensuring compliance with relevant environmental legislation while promoting sustainable practices at every stage of waste handling. Located just eight miles west of Hull, we continue to build on our longstanding reputation for reliable, responsible, and innovative waste management, underpinned by a skilled team and strong community roots.
