For professionals working in healthcare, regulatory bodies, legal settings, education, and social services, these moments are not rare. They shape outcomes. Trauma Frameworks Inc. translates established trauma science and nervous-system research into structured professional frameworks. We do not ask professionals to become therapists. We equip them with practical, repeatable tools to reduce reactivity, increase clarity, and preserve dignity while remaining within their role and scope. Our programs are built by Eden Dales, MSW, RSW, a senior social worker and psychotherapist with more than 25 years of frontline and systems-level experience. Eden has worked across hospitals, child welfare, courts, school systems, and organizational consultation in high-stakes environments. She understands both sides of high-stress communication: the person in distress and the professional trying to help. Core Programs: • Trauma-Informed Communication Framework (TICF): Five modules for professionals in high-stress environments. Focus: communication under pressure. • Trauma-Informed Decision Framework (TIDF): Five modules for regulatory committee members and adjudicative decision-makers. Focus: procedural fairness, equity and bias awareness, credibility assessment, hearing stability, and defensible documentation. TFI holds continuing education accreditation from the Law Society of Ontario and has delivered training to regulatory colleges across Ontario and Manitoba. The result is steadier process, stronger records, and more defensible outcomes in the moments where interpretation carries real consequence.
