About TravelpoolEurope

TravelpoolEurope is the world’s only member-owned shared service centre for travel procurement. We offer smarter ways to buy and manage business travel, combining purchasing power, detailed market intelligence, and specialist expertise and experience in one place. As your outsourced travel team, we manage sourcing, supplier agreements, and ongoing optimization. Our non-profit, member-owned model ensures that all value created is returned directly to our members, who typically save 10-24% annually on their corporate travel spend by managing their business travel through us. In short: Smarter sourcing, lower costs, and simpler travel and expense management. With the risk of sounding like a cliché, we exist for our members, and our members only. The reason for that is that we are a non-profit organization that is owned by our members. Our members are the very DNA of our business strategies and price structures. Documented figures show that members save 10-24% annually on their corporate travel spend, when they manage their travels through us. Joining forces with other members befits you much more than it would if you were alone. TravelpoolEurope understands that, and thus we believe that our members should be passed all the benefits possible. Travelling can at times be a very challenging category to manage. It requires buying power, detailed market intelligence to find the best prices, and experience to keep a watchful eye on your travel procurement. However, at TravelpoolEurope we have found a way to make travelling simple. We act as your outsourced travel team, and perform all the tasks that involve travelling.
