About Traxx Railroad Safety

TRAXX Railroad Safety provides fractional safety leadership for operations that touch rail — railroad contractors, short line railroads, transit agencies, and industrial facilities with private rail operations. We become your safety department: building programs, managing compliance, training your people, and representing you to Class I railroads, regulators, and insurers. This isn't consulting. It's embedded partnership. OUR TEAM: TRAXX is a rapidly growing team of fractional safety professionals with backgrounds that include: • Class I railroad operations — conductors, locomotive engineers, and field supervisors • Building profitable on-track safety divisions from the ground up • Leading large-scale, nationwide rail-adjacent operations for major engineering firms • Instructing Class I maintenance of way, locomotive engineer training, and industrial rail operations • Senior EHS leadership — confined space, construction safety, industrial hygiene, LOTO, trenching, underground operations • OSHA and Cal-OSHA compliance program development • Part 243 training program design and implementation OUR APPROACH: • Balanced — Safety and operations aren't enemies. We find solutions that protect people AND keep business moving. • Accountable — We own our recommendations. If we tell you to do something, we help you do it. • Resilient — Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling. We build systems that hold up under pressure. WHO WE SERVE: • Railroad contractors (track, signal, bridge crews) • Short line and terminal railroads • Transit agencies and engineering firms • Industrial facilities with private rail (refineries, chemical plants, grain elevators, manufacturing) On Track for a Brighter, Safer Railroad.
