About Treadies HVAC & R

Treadies HVAC & R is a commercial mechanical services contractor, delivering end-to-end HVAC and refrigeration solutions across government, commercial property, retirement living, and architecturally considered developments. While our capability extends into industrial environments, our core focus is the commercial built environment — buildings where occupant comfort, system reliability, compliance, and long-term performance are critical. Our services are structured across three equally weighted pillars. Maintenance We deliver structured preventative and reactive maintenance for commercial HVAC systems operating in live environments. Our maintenance approach prioritises system reliability, compliance, and asset longevity. We focus on early fault identification, meaningful reporting, and maintenance strategies that support long-term building performance rather than short-term fixes. Contracts We manage long-term mechanical services contracts for government and commercial property clients. These contracts are built on clarity — defined scopes, transparent reporting, and consistent delivery. We work closely with facilities and asset management teams to ensure mechanical systems remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with broader asset strategies. Projects We deliver commercial mechanical projects from early design input through to installation, commissioning, and handover. Our project work includes upgrades, replacements, and new systems in both operational and new-build environments. We place strong emphasis on coordination with architects, builders, and consultants to ensure mechanical systems support architectural intent, building performance, and long-term serviceability. Projects are executed with the same discipline we apply to maintenance and contracts — no shortcuts, no unnecessary complexity. Backed by decades of combined experience, Treadies HVAC & R operates with a contractor-led mindset focused on quality execution and outcomes that endure.
