Triad Behavioral Resources (TBR) offers an outpatient treatment program specializing in substance use and mental health disorders. in addition to a walk in clinic, we have expanded services to provide telemed appointments throughout North Carolina. Our medication assisted addiction treatment program uses buprenorphine and naltrexone, counseling and life coaching to support patient compliance in recovery. Opiate abuse has become a public health crisis that continues to destroy lives, families and communities.
