About Tricor Design Group

WE MAKE HOMES, WHILE OTHERS MAKE HOUSES Tricor Design Group is a residential and commercial design firm established in 1985. For decades, we have been closely involved in the growth and transformation of Calgary and its surrounding communities, contributing to projects shaped by both thoughtful design and real-world feasibility. Our work is grounded in years of experience, deep knowledge of local regulations, and a clear understanding of how projects move from concept to approval. We approach every project with clarity and responsibility, helping clients navigate complex requirements while keeping decisions practical. Tricor specializes in multi-family, residential, and commercial projects across Calgary. Our services include project design, site analysis, and guiding through Development Permits, Building Permits, rezoning applications, and SDAB appeals. From early feasibility to final approvals, we focus on making each step efficient and realistic. At Tricor, every loonie you spend matters for us. Our role is not only to design, but to help clients make smart decisions that respect budgets, timelines, and long-term value. At Tricor, we don’t focus on drawings alone. We focus on helping projects achieve goals, responsibly, efficiently, and with confidence.
