About Triigo Consulting Group

At Triigo, we help complex organizations and social minded businesses to be sustainable, create inclusive, connected ecosystems with integrated pathways, and foster innovation and growth through human-centred design. These are drivers of a strong, resilient workplace in the changing world of work and social good. At Triigo, we do this work because nonprofits and social enterprises are the heartbeat of real change—but too many are stretched thin by unstable funding, burnout, and fragmented systems. We’ve seen firsthand how shrinking resources and rising demands threaten even the most dedicated missions. Our passion is helping these organizations build resilience so they can focus on what matters most: creating impact that lasts. We believe inclusive ecosystems and intersectional leadership aren’t just nice-to-haves—they’re essential for solving complex social challenges. By centering human-centered design and collaboration over competition, we help organizations turn barriers into bridges. This work reflects our commitment to equity, ensuring diverse voices shape solutions that truly serve communities. Ultimately, Triigo exists to strengthen the changemakers who strengthen the world. We’ve walked alongside leaders facing these struggles and know the transformative power of practical tools, shared learning, and connected networks. Together, we create sustainable futures where purpose-driven organizations don’t just survive—they thrive! *How We Do It* At Triigo, we believe that meaningful change happens when people are placed at the centre of innovation. Our approach helps complex organizations and social-minded businesses become sustainable, connected, and resilient in a changing world of work and social good. We do this by combining human-centred design, intersectional leadership, and inclusive ecosystem building—three interconnected pillars that transform challenges into opportunities for growth and collaboration.
