All our candidates undergo a 3-step screening process. 1st stage: Intense screening by our recruiters. 2nd stage: We have a diverse range of technical tests that are constantly upgraded by our exceptionally talented in-house developers. Candidates will have to be in the top 20 percentile to be qualified. 3rd Stage: Candidates will undergo a 30-minute interview with our in-house Project Managers. Candidates are submitted to you only after we are satisfied with their technical prowess.
