TIG invests in a multitude of properties with a strong emphasis on the multifamily market in the Midwest of the United States. TIG focuses on investing in sustainable residential and business communities with a focus on the improvement of the property and the community surrounding the area. Trinity Investment Group's strategy is to focus on the operation and enrichment of value-add properties, strategic acquisitions, and strengthening of multi-family communities mainly in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, and Utah. In the near future, we are looking to expand our investment opportunities to other surrounding states.
