Triple R Community Care Services Pty Ltd is a disability support services provider based in Sydney, New South Wales. Our support workers have extensive nursing experience, in particular spinal cord injuries, which ensures together we provide excellent care to our participants in the comfort of their homes. We also at the same time practice and implement a person-centred approach to provide tailored and participant-specific care. Our main goal is to make each of our participants’ lives easier, fairer and more involved by participating within their own communities by providing the best possible quality care and support to participants and their health goals. Triple R Community Care Services Pty Ltd is a company that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that put the participants as a priority in creating opportunities and promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.
