About Tropicalia

Tropicalia is a visionary sustainable luxury development by Cisneros Real Estate, located in Playa Esmeralda, Miches, Dominican Republic. More than a resort, Tropicalia is a long-term commitment to regenerative tourism, environmental stewardship, and inclusive development. The project is home to the upcoming Four Seasons Resort & Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia, setting a new benchmark for sustainability and hospitality in the Caribbean. With low-impact infrastructure, native landscape restoration and strong community ties through Fundación Tropicalia, this project redefines what it means to build with purpose — for people, planet and future generations.
