Tropicasa Realty was founded in 1997 by Wayne Franklin, a former broker from California with over 25 years of real estate experience in the U.S. and Mexico. With over 100 years of combined experience, many of the real estate agents at Tropicasa have either held real estate licenses in other countries or have had their own brokerages, providing clients with the benefit of their extensive knowledge and experience. In addition, all members of the company are affiliated with AMPI, the Mexican Board of Realtors, of which “Franklin”, as he is known in the community, was President from 2002-2007, and has been the Chairman of the Honor and Justice Committee since 2008. Tropicasa is also an international member of the renowned U.S. National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA). Developers immediately noticed Tropicasa’s growth and success. Representing some of the most significant and impressive developments in the region, Tropicasa has been involved in the marketing of new condominium and villa projects throughout the Puerto Vallarta area containing more than 400 units.
