True Colours supports Waikato families who have a child with a serious health condition. Having your child diagnosed with a serious health condition can be devastating for families. Life as they knew it can change in an instant. True Colours walks alongside families helping them navigate the far-reaching impacts that a serious health condition can have on the whole family. Through counselling, creative therapies, nursing consultancy and advocacy they ensure families never feel alone on their difficult journey. Each year True Colours delivers their free support services to over 200 families throughout the wider Waikato region. Receiving no government funding, True Colours is a 100% community funded organisation.
