Established in 1974 by our founder Vinko Bizjak, True Gear and Spline evolved from a small job shop with a handful of faithful customers to a technological leader in gear manufacturing with over a thousand customers worldwide. A keen interest in technology fueled his desire to find better ways to improve the quality of his products. Although recently retired, his legacy of excellence had been passed on to his sons Vinko Jr and Mark Bizjak, who continue the traditions he established over the years. The last decade has seen our most dramatic change in our now 22,000 square foot Cambridge Ontario facility. We’ve invested $4 Million in new state of the art gear manufacturing equipment including a ZEISS CMM, CNC gear shaping, hobbing and gear grinding machines in order meet the increasingly demanding requirements of our valued customers.
