About True Material

True Material is a building materials sourcing company operating across the UK and Ireland. The business supplies specification-ready materials to housing and commercial projects, with a focus on quality, durability, and value. Products are selected for performance in large-scale environments where consistency, compliance, and cost control are essential. True Material operates on a lean supply model. Materials are sourced directly through established manufacturing partners, reducing intermediaries and unnecessary overheads. This approach supports what we describe as lean luxury: well-designed, well-specified materials delivered efficiently, without excess cost or complexity. The company is women-founded and women-led. True Materials supports greater female participation in the construction and built environment sector through leadership, procurement, and commercial decision-making. Operations are structured to support made-to-order production where possible. This reduces surplus stock and waste, while allowing greater control over specification and lead times. Sustainability is addressed through longevity of product, responsible sourcing, and efficient logistics, rather than short-term trend-based claims. True Material works with developers, housing providers, contractors, and procurement teams. The company supports projects where scale, repeatability, and long-term performance are priorities. Materials are suitable for social housing, private residential, and commercial applications. The business provides a single point of contact for sourcing, pricing, coordination, and delivery. All materials are supplied with clear documentation and technical information to support procurement and installation requirements. True Material focuses on clarity, reliability, and practical delivery.
