About True North Collaboration LLC

Growth is the lifeblood of all organizations.  Staying relevant is not an option; it’s a requirement for doing business in today’s market. Leaders may champion transformation, but often fail to fully engage their employees in the process - leaving them uninformed, confused, and demotivated. Employees can’t be bystanders in the growth journey, they need to be agents to innovation — integral keys to progress. In fact, it’s crucial for leaders to facilitate employee change adoption through talent optimization processes, training and tools. Our goal is to ensure companies and their employees are prepared to embrace the new vision and the journey required to achieve it. At True North Collaboration, our mission is to help your company, and its employees, successfully navigate the “human side” of change. How? By providing the tools needed to encourage a workplace aligned with a joyful expression of individual employee strengths, experiences, and interests aligned with company values and strategic mission. Our human-centric approach helps organizations overcome “change anxiety” by uniting people through curiosity, imagination, and experimentation. As individuals develop confidence in the change process, they become connected to the transformation; it happens “with them” – instead of happening “to them.” This encourages employee engagement and happiness at work. True North Collaboration offers a customized suite of business transformation tools: front to back organizational assessment, sales culture transformation, customer success and experience workshops and sales and customer excellence coaching so you and your employees align to one compass and find true north.
