About True North People Consulting

True North People Consulting is redefining what HR looks like for small businesses. We are an on-demand fractional HR and leadership coaching firm providing the kind of strategic people support that was once only available to large organizations, delivered in a way that’s human, practical, and built around exactly where your business is right now. Research confirms there’s a $180 billion annual gap between what leaders think they’re doing and what their employees actually feel. Most leaders aren’t disengaged. They’re trying. And yet something keeps not quite working. The culture isn’t what’s intended. The conversations feel harder than they should. The team isn’t performing the way you know it can. This is where we step in. Founded by Tara Bodine, with 20+ years in corporate HR and coach to 2,000+ leaders, TNPC partners with business owners who are great at what they’ve built and ready to stop figuring out the people part alone. When you look at the businesses that consistently outperform and retain their best people, the difference is never the handbook. It’s what’s happening between the people. That’s exactly where we work, at the intersection of HR best practices, business strategy, and the human dynamics that quietly drive success. Picture your business when the people part finally clicks into place. The right conversations happening. The right people in the right roles. Leadership feeling less like a burden and more like the reason you started this. That’s the work we do together. When you work with TNPC, the hard conversations get easier. The people decisions get clearer. And the business starts to feel like what you always intended it to be. How you value your people is your business strategy. Thriving people build thriving businesses. And thriving businesses build stronger families and communities. That’s the mission driving everything we do at TNPC. 📍 Andover, MA | Westford, MA | Remote & In-Person | Serving Clients Worldwide
