About TrueLinksAI

TrueLinksAI builds AI agents for construction that turn field data, documents, and schedules into accurate, audit‑ready outputs your teams can approve—not rewrite. Our Phase‑I agents deliver fast, low‑risk wins: • Reporting Agent: Autodrafts daily/weekly reports from field notes, photos, and schedule deltas. • Submittal Agent: analyzes shop drawings & datasheets vs. spec sections and drafts the review letter with citations. • QuantitySurvey (QS) Agent: reconciles progress vs. BOQ/schedule and drafts the monthly payment certificate with an evidence trail. In pilots, we target: - 60% less prep time for reporting, ≥25% faster submittal cycles, and ~3 days earlier payment approval. - with bilingual (EN/AR) OCR, RAG‑based retrieval, human‑in‑the‑loop controls, and full audit logging. We start where value shows up quickly: file‑drop ingestion and role‑based workflows for contractors, consultants, and facility managers. Built from Doha, Qatar by a team blending construction management and frontier AI. We’re inviting design partners in MENA (and beyond) to co‑shape the roadmap.
