About Trust & Grow

Trust & Grow Consulting partners with schools, districts, and organizations to cultivate trauma-informed, equity-driven cultures of care. Founded by school counselor and clinician Josh Novick, LCPC, PEL-SC, Trust & Grow helps educational communities strengthen resilience, restore connection, and design systems that support both staff and students. We help educational spaces: Build trauma-informed systems and practices that extend beyond individual strategies Assess school climate and implement sustainable, healing-centered improvement plans Equip educators with practical tools to recognize and reduce the impact of stress and trauma Center staff wellness and collective regulation as foundations for student success Integrate SEL and mental health initiatives through an equity and trauma-informed lens Reimagine crisis response and recovery as opportunities for growth and connection Services include: Professional development, systems consultation, staff wellness planning, trauma-informed systems audits, leadership coaching, and customized recovery and resilience programming.
