Trusted Dietitians is a specialist provider of EAP nutrition services, delivering accessible, evidence-based support to employees across Australia. We partner with leading EAP providers including People Sense, Foremind, BSS Psychology, Gryphon Psychology and MindFit at Work to provide fast, scalable nutrition care as part of workplace wellbeing programs. Our team of Accredited Practising Dietitians delivers 1:1 consultations, workshops, and custom resources, with appointments typically available within 1-2 days. We’ve scaled to 150+ consultations per month nationally - while maintaining a practical, non-restrictive approach that supports real, sustainable outcomes. Our mission is simple: make nutrition support a standard part of EAP services.
