Try Talking is a person-centred psychotherapy and psycho-educational provider working with individuals and organisations across the UK, both face-to-face and remotely. Try Talking has a vision for psychotherapy, counselling, mental health awareness and education being normalised and included, the mental health stigma being eradicated and individuals being supported professionally as and when needed. Try Talking aims to connect with organisations through partnerships and deliver clinics and services where other providers wouldn’t, considering the convenience of services for clients and encouraging an open approach to mental health support. We aim to eradicate the stigma around mental health through supporting individuals and organisations professionally as and when needed.
