Our appetite for investment in commercial solar includes owning and developing projects from 150 kW to 10 MW+ throughout the U.S. Tsgua provides project developers, EPCs and other commercial solar contractors with Power Purchase (or Solar Services) Agreement financing for new projects. Additionally, we acquire - and facilitate the acquisition of - C&I and small utility scale solar energy systems operating under PPAs. We are particularly interested in projects with at least 5 years of operating history, focusing on owners of projects that want to cash out their investment after receiving the full benefit of the federal solar investment tax credit.
