That's why our goal is to offer dance + strength +yoga classes to help you get great physical and mental results from the release of endorphins that make you feel happy, loved, supported and confident. We focus on movement and music in all of our classes whether it's Tabata or Turn Table, Bootcamp or Ballet because we want you to let that inner-child run wild.
