About Turn Corps

Turn Corps represents a new generation of political and community mobilization experts. The challenges our clients face before receiving approval for a project or buy-in for a new policy were not present 10 years ago. The growing NIMBY mentality combined with social media influence, political cynicism and institutional distrust necessitate a new way of thinking and innovative approach. Turn Corps helps clients genuinely interact with the community, build sufficient credibility (even enthusiasm) for a given project or policy. In an industry dominated by top-down tradition, we utilize hyper-local relationships and technology to turn projects in the right direction by improving public and political dialogue and understanding through three key mechanisms. Community mobilization – coalition building, grassroots organizing, assessment, planning, messaging, training, events, media, advocacy, public outreach Political and campaign strategy – intelligence, analysis, planning, messaging, community engagement, campaign operations, relationships, advocacy, surveillance Communications and content – planning, messaging, earned media, websites, social campaigns and advocacy, content marketing, advertising, evaluation
