About Twin Rivers Council - Scouting America

The Twin Rivers Council (TRC) Boy Scouts of America (BSA) serves The eastern part of Upstate New York from the Adirondacks through the Capital Region. TRC has helped thousands of young men and women become “Prepared for Life” since its' inception. Our mission is to serve society by helping to instill values in young people and, in other ways to prepare them to make ethical choices during their lifetime and to achieve their full potential. In partnership with our generous supporters, we work to ensure that vitally needed development opportunities and experiences are available to all youth, regardless of income.
