About Two Percent Shift

We work with leaders, teams, and organisations navigating complex change. Not by adding more frameworks or pushing harder on performance, but by creating the conditions for real alignment, honest conversation, and shifts in how people relate, decide, and lead. Our work is grounded in a simple belief: Sustainable change doesn’t come from outside-in solutions alone. It shows up in how leaders relate, make decisions, and respond to what’s in front of them. We partner with organisations to: • Align leadership teams around what matters most • Navigate transformation and uncertainty with clarity • Shift patterns that limit collaboration and delivery • Enable more effective ways of working at scale Our work integrates: • Leadership team coaching and alignment • Organisational facilitation and transformation support • Systemic and relational ways of working across teams and organisations We’ve worked alongside organisations including WA Police, Departments of Health and Communities, Synergy, Fortescue, Bankwest, RAC, Pfizer, and Curtin University. Based in Western Australia, working with organisations locally and nationally.
