Tyler Wood Consulting is a specialist investment technology firm supporting hedge funds, pension funds and asset managers. We work primarily with established OMS and PMS vendors, leading system selection, implementation and optimisation projects across front-to-back investment operations. Our focus is on ensuring that core platforms are configured, integrated and extended in a way that aligns with each firm’s workflows, control environment and long-term operating model. Our engagements typically involve vendor transitions, platform re-architecture, complex integrations across trading, accounting and custodial systems, reconciliation framework redesign and regulatory reporting alignment. Where required, we design and build bespoke extensions, reporting solutions and workflow enhancements to address gaps that cannot be solved through standard configuration alone. We operate as a senior delivery and architectural partner, bridging business, technology and vendor stakeholders. We take on a limited number of engagements at any given time to ensure direct senior involvement throughout each project lifecycle.
