About U Build Academy

U Build Academy is a workforce training platform built for the construction industry. We help contractors and manufacturers train their teams through online learning, hands-on application, and train-the-trainer programs. Our platform is designed to make technical training scalable, repeatable, and practical—whether you’re building new crews or developing experienced ones. Flexible subscription plans make it easy to onboard teams, manage training progress, and track certifications. We also offer weekly toolbox talks and in-person training opportunities to support skill-building in the field.
