This is a professional who will always be by your side, in your day-to-day operation, analyzing, understanding and suggesting improvements throughout the process. He will be with you through anything. (the Manager is your PEACE) To improve, there are no intermediaries. Your designers are your designers and your team always speaks directly to them, ordering, receiving and controlling everything directly, without queues or deadlines.
