About UAB "Prodo"

We are an agile real estate development company. Based in Vilnius, we specialize in Lithuania’s real estate market. Prodo develops residential property, offices and industry-specific projects. We also provide financing solutions. Our team has mastered navigation of local construction regulations and obtaining necessary public approval. We ask questions first and build later while orchestrating development process from initial idea to the last sell. Aside from property development, we engage in creation of vibrant commercial communities such as our pride Uptown Bazaar. We choose our partners carefully preferring lasting partnership to short-term gain. Prodo works in cooperation with the most reliable construction companies in the region, gifted new-generation architects and interior designers. Presently, we are looking for new partners and investors. Prodo offers professional advice and attractive portfolio of available land and projects in-progress.
