About UAVI Residences

Where architecture meets nature is where life begins at Uavi. An extraordinary master-planned community situated directly on one of Mexico’s most stunning beaches. Uavi is a collection of exclusive three-, four-, and five-bedroom residences, all overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Endless views inspire endless possibilities, with lifestyle amenities offering a new experience every day. Two crystalline pools and a beach club welcome you to the sunshine. A spa and wellness center offers a restorative retreat. Stay active on the golf course, at the fitness center, on the sports court, or with a watersports adventure. Express yourself at the Creative Hub or socialize at the Residents Lounge while little ones find friends and have fun at the Kids Club. Uavi is where you curate each day to create your own unique living journey.
