UBTrends is a socio trends marketing research company specialized in innovation and new lifestyles. We carry out several studies related to the deciphering of users’ needs, through a detailed observation of their uses and expectations (video interviews, focus groups, semiotics, ethnographic observation). Our main clients are groups in the consumer goods, luxury market and services. We are also consulted for the co-design of new neighborhoods, head offices, corpoworking and the redevelopment of campuses or cities projects. Our recent international studies look at caregiving, parenthood and invisible illness at work. Social listening & innovation is our main field of investigation for 2024.
