We identify which internal expert to ask, and optionally propose an external expert. We monitor incoming information (document versions, interpretations, clarifications, communications) for relevant critical or important items to proactively bring up to relevant people. We use understanding of projects, locations, facilities, assets, and timelines to gauge information urgency and relevancy.
