Twelve Points Academy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating the epidemic of financial illiteracy across the United States. The organization’s mission is to cultivate the next generation of financially literate leaders by empowering university students to drive measurable, community-centered impact. Through structured programming and a chapter-based leadership model, students are equipped to translate complex financial concepts into accessible education that strengthens financial well-being on their campuses and in the communities they serve. As chapters continue to expand across higher education institutions nationwide, the University of Connecticut is proud to serve as one of the program’s early chapters, contributing to the development of a scalable model for lasting economic & social impact in Connecticut.
