About Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd

Ue Coffee Roasters: Beyond the Cup Independently owned and forever curious, we’re on a mission to transform the way coffee is served. Founded by Dominic Boyett in 2009, Ue Coffee Roasters set out to offer exceptional coffee and make it accessible to everyone. Over more than a decade, we’ve built more than just another coffee brand—we’ve created a community driven by passion, determination, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Experience at Every Level From the moment a customer steps into our retail stores to the partnerships we forge with our wholesale clients, we place experience at the heart of everything we do. Delivering that experience takes time, dedication, and deep expertise. Our team undergoes extensive training to master the art and science of coffee—from sourcing and roasting to brewing—so we can provide first-rate support and unforgettable coffee moments. People First Our people are far more than cogs in a machine. We cultivate talent, nurture skills, and celebrate craftsmanship. Every member of our team contributes to the quality and care that defines Ue Coffee Roasters, and that passion shows in every cup we serve and every relationship we build. Sourcing with Integrity We go to great lengths to source speciality-grade and experimental micro-lot coffees, building direct, long-standing relationships with growers. Our commitment to ethical, sustainable buying ensures that the hard work of farmers is honoured and preserved. The Art of Roasting Roasting is where science meets artistry. We approach it as a delicate, critical stage—one that reveals the distinctive qualities of each variety, origin, or farm. Our goal is simple: showcase what makes each coffee truly thrilling.
