Established in 2018 by the two co-founders who are hands on and have experience in this legal field since 2002 and 2007 respectively, as specialist lawyers & consultants, we undertake all of the work required in the case and costs management process and the detailed assessment proceedings for and on behalf of law firms, the insurance sector and private limited companies in England and Wales. Our costs lawyers & consultants, led by the senior partners and the operations manager, are equipped with the required knowledge, skillset and experience to deal with all civil costs disputes including complex and high value clinical negligence, serious injury, inquests, industrial disease, private client and commercial litigation.
