We represent the sector’s interests to government and promote our innovative, vibrant and dynamic industry to the public. Steel is critical to everything – everything is either made with steel or using steel. It is core to the Net Zero future and a circular economy, and 96% of steel used in construction and infrastructure in the UK is recovered and recycled to be used again and again.
