About Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Philadelphia

The Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Philadelphia began in the late 19th century with Ukrainian immigrants who brought their faith to the coal towns of Pennsylvania. Today, the Archeparchy includes 62 parishes and two missions across six states, served by 50 priests. The Archeparchy along with its religious, work to serve the communities where they are located as well as Ukrainian-Americans. The current bishop of the Archeparchy is Archbishop Borys Gudziak.
