We specialize in the sourcing and acquisition of prime commercial receivables in the secondary market alongside licensed funding institutions. Every transaction involves the absolute assignment of whole commercial receivables under UCC Article 9. Not loans. Not securities. We hold a direct ownership position in the receivable. Business Model & Structure Wyoming Entity All engagements are governed strictly by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Service-Only Compensation UBC charges fixed administrative service fees only. We do not take profit participation, carried interest, or asset management fees. True Sale Transactions involve the absolute assignment of whole commercial receivables (UCC Article 9 payment intangibles), not loans or securities. Eligibility & Restrictions Services are restricted strictly to institutional participants and commercial entities capable of transacting in aggregate tranches of $1,000,000 or greater. UBC operates exclusively in authorized jurisdictions and does not solicit, source assets from, purchase assets from, or facilitate transactions with entities located or organized in jurisdictions where such activities would require specific licensing or regulatory approval that UBC does not currently maintain.
