About Um Mami by Melting Pot

Um Mami by Melting Pot is founded by the Melting Pot Foundation that was itself created by Danish food entrepreneur Claus Meyer in 2010 with the aim to improve the quality of life for vulnerable and marginalized people and to drive social change, through initiatives that have food, craft of cooking and entrepreneurship as recurrent elements. Um Mami by Melting Pot’s work is focused on training the next generation of chefs and inspiring culinary entrepreneurs in Morocco. The organization is aiming to improve young people’s employment opportunities.
