Umbrella Club jobs and careers

About Umbrella Club

Do you want to become an independent contractor? Or you may already be a contractor and you want to be part of a club that facilitates your professional and financial growth? Umbrella Club is an exclusive start-up community in which we bring Tech, Digital and IT specialists together by empowering them on their journey of Entrepreneurship. We believe that IT professionals are better off when taking control of their own careers. As an independent professional, one can make the best decisions which enhance their personal skills, experience, and income. Umbrella Club is an organisation that brings tech specialists together and supports them on the path of contracting and entrepreneurship. As an independent contractor you are better off. But how does that work? How do you find new assignments? How do you know what fee you can ask? How does the contracting work? What if a customer doesn’t pay your bills? How do I keep my knowledge up to date when I am on my own? Umbrella Club offers best of both worlds; on the one hand the freedom (and income) of an entrepreneur, and at the other hand the good night’s sleep of an employee. Modern organizations are more and more becoming network organizations. Like Airbnb has the largest hospitality organisation in the world without owning any beds, Uber has the largest taxi organisation without owning any taxis, Umbrella Club has the ambition to become the largest IT organisation in Australia, without having any employees. Umbrella Club, let's do business together. Join us!
