About Unapologetically You Counseling

We are a Mental Health Service and this is our honest attempt to celebrate each of our individuality, to make mental health services more accessible so that anyone, anywhere and at any time who is seeking help or mental health support, finds what they are looking for. We are Neurodivergent Affirmative, Trauma Informed, Queer Affirmative, and hold a social justice stance. Central to our approach is empathy, a strong focus on social justice models, and the agency of the clients. We deeply value and address the impact of intersectionalities on mental health and the dangers of a single story.
