Unaport builds consent-based financial data infrastructure for regulated institutions in India. We help Financial Information Users (FIUs) and regulated entities access, monitor, and govern financial data flows built on the Account Aggregator (AA) framework with reliability, traceability, and audit readiness. Across lending, wealth, and financial services, institutions increasingly depend on financial data for onboarding, credit assessment, periodic reviews, and risk monitoring. While many workflows appear structured at intake, operational complexity emerges downstream—during data refresh, exception handling, reconciliation, and audit scrutiny. Unaport focuses on this layer. Our platform enables institutions to design and operate consent-led financial data workflows that move beyond one-time data fetches toward repeatable, monitored, and explainable processes. This includes orchestrating AA integrations, managing consent lifecycles, tracking data availability, reconciling FIU requests with AA responses, and providing visibility into failures, delays, and partial data pulls. The objective is simple: ensure that financial data used for decision-making is complete, consistent, and explainable. Unaport is used by regulated institutions to support use cases such as borrower and client onboarding, portfolio and cashflow analysis, early risk indicators, periodic monitoring, and internal control reporting. Our approach emphasizes operational clarity and audit comfort, enabling Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to understand what data was requested, what was received, and how it was consumed. We are an RBI-regulated NBFC-Account Aggregator and operate as both an AA and a Technology Service Provider (TSP), enabling institutions to adopt flexible architectures and multi-aggregator routing where required.
