I work with experienced business owners who’ve built real businesses, but still find themselves carrying more of the day-to-day than they expected to at this stage. Often, the issue isn’t effort, discipline, or ambition. In many cases, the business has grown—but the owner’s role hasn’t evolved with it. What once drove progress becomes a bottleneck, and working harder stops producing the same return. My work focuses on helping owners recognize this transition, make sense of what’s happening, and navigate the shift from doing everything to owning the business in a more sustainable way. This page exists to explore those ideas, share observations, and put language to a stage many business owners experience—but few people talk about openly.
