Unconscious Bias beyond notions of "good or bad", beyond "right or wrong". We are Fares Al Qadi & Julien Oomen and we host effective and dynamic trainings on Unconscious Bias & DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion). Staying away from notions of 'right' and 'wrong', we acknowledge that we are all biased and that we can become (increasingly) aware of it. Awareness alone will not break the cycle however, and so we offer the tools to help overcome the biases that are identified. For seven years now we’ve been facilitating this training, working with social enterprises, cultural institutions and corporates. Over time, we’ve continued to refine and expand our approach.
